Terms of Service
I have the right to refuse any commissions outside of my ability and/or that make me uncomfortable.
I will retain full rights to the commissioned piece and may use it for my online portfolio.
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, and clients can post on their social media as long as I am credited.
The client cannot use the art for any commercial purpose (including selling prints/merch or making a profit off it in any way). NO redistribution/reselling.
As a reminder, you are purchasing DIGITAL goods and no physical items will be shipped. The finished commission will be sent via email ( .PNG)

Please be patient! I have a full-time job and will strive to complete your commission as quick as I can after payment has been made.
Payment & Process
All payments are made through Paypal and are in USD.
All payments are due in full upfront upon receiving the invoice and are non-refundable.
If an event occurs that will prevent me from completing the piece, the customer will be alerted immediately and refunded up to the point at which the artwork was completed. The customer may request a png image of the unfinished work.
You will be given an initial sketch to review and request any changes.
An invoice will be sent once the sketch is accepted (You may request an invoice prior to this). I will continue with the next process of your commission upon receiving payment.
You are welcome to request updates on your commission at any time and I will provide a photo of the current progress of your commission. For Rendered Commissions, I will endeavour to keep you updated every 3-5 working days and I will give you a heads-up if I will not be able to update you within that timeframe.
